01
Information we may access
After the owner explicitly authorizes access, Tyrone Command Center may receive information made available through the selected Google and YouTube API permissions. This can include:
- Google account and YouTube channel identity details, such as channel name, channel ID, handle, and profile image.
- YouTube channel and video information needed for connected-channel organization and requested account features.
- Analytics or performance information when the owner grants the relevant permission.
- Authorization credentials required to keep an approved connection working.
The app requests access appropriate to its features. It does not claim access to information outside the permissions the owner grants.
02
How information is used
Google and YouTube data is used only to provide the owner-requested features of Tyrone Command Center, such as showing connected channel information, supporting channel workflow decisions, and maintaining an authorized connection.
Tyrone Command Center does not sell Google user data, use it for targeted advertising, or use it for unrelated purposes. Data is not used to build advertising profiles.
03
Storage and security
Authorization tokens are stored using the application’s protected local credential-storage mechanism rather than being placed in the public website, browser-facing page content, or ordinary user-interface data.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect stored account information. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so the owner should also protect the device and Google account used with the app.
04
Your control
The owner can disconnect an account from Tyrone Command Center. Google access can also be reviewed or revoked from the Google Account permissions page. Revoking authorization may stop connected features from working until the account is authorized again.
05
Retention and deletion
Connected-account information is retained only while it is useful for the owner’s authorized workflow or as needed to maintain the selected connection. Disconnecting an account removes its stored authorization credentials from the application’s local credential store. The owner may also delete associated local project records through the application’s available controls.
Some records may remain in local backups or system-managed storage for a limited period as part of ordinary security and reliability practices.
06
Google API Services User Data Policy
Tyrone Command Center’s use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google data is used to provide or improve the user-facing features the owner requests, and is not sold or transferred for advertising.
Google’s own privacy practices and terms also apply to Google services. For questions about how this application handles connected-account data, use the support contact below.
